Evironmental considerations have been a priority in this project. It is easy to dismantle and recycle. The facade is made from thermally modified pinetree. One of the key aspect of the design was not to harm the exciting trees.
Every room has at least two diferent views on the garden.
Location Westmalle
This make over of a family home addresses the challenge of making architecture that celebrates the contours
of the landscape, while affording optimal light penetration. The house presents a closed brick volume, an open glas box and a wooden extended carport.
Projecting out into the garden, the carport
amplifies his grip into the old garden.
